Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
• To cancel, please contact our customer service team promptly with your order details.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible cancellations and returns in line with our Return Policy:

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unstitched and with all tags intact.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for exchange only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item received.
• Defective or damaged item upon delivery.

Conditions:

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• Exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference or incorrect size/colur selection.

Return Process

• Once approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds for cancelled orders or approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
• Additional time may be required depending on your bank or payment provider.
