How long does it take to create one product?
Depending on the craft, a single piece can take days or even weeks. Chikankari, Zardozi or Pitta embroidery involve thousands of stitches, each done by hand.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept almost all types of payment methods, e.g UPI, RuPay, Credit cards, Debit cards, PayPal and Bank transfers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is secure. We use SSL encryption to protect your data.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account. If payment gets failed by any chance your amount will automatically get refund within 2-3 days or connect your bank

How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?
All your products are handcrafted with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics & designs materials are used and the products go through 3 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.
How can I take care of my garment?
Crafted from premium-quality fabric with delicate handcrafted detailing and traditional embellishments. Minor variations in embroidery, weave, texture and color are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship, making every piece one of a kind.

Do you customise products?
Yes, we offer limited customisation depending on the craft and fabric. Since our pieces are handcrafted, adjustments such as size, embroidery placement, or minor design preferences can be accommodated. For extensive changes, we recommend discussing your requirements with us before placing an order to ensure feasibility and authenticity of the artisan work.
Will it shrink after the wash?
Our garments are handcrafted using natural fabrics. Slight shrinkage (up to 2–3%) may occur after the first wash, which is normal for cotton and hand‑woven textiles.
